The associate had an attitude she did not even look at me and what I wanted was apparently out of stock but she did not even look it up and online it said it was in stock. I ended up just buying something randomly so I can return because the associate was so uninterested in me and looked bothered like she wanted me to leave.

I received items as a gift which has missing stones and was told because I didn’t have the receipt or purchasers personal information, I couldn’t exchange/replace the items. Several stones are missing from a couple of my charms. I’ve been a Pandora customer for years and have many charms and bracelets but the lack of being able to exchange an item or have it replaced is awful. This has definitely made me have questions about the quality of what is being sold. Also, the sales associate was quite “short” with the service that was provided. Very vague answers as if he was being bothered.

First visit I was given a veteran discount. Second visit, I spent much more and was told Veterans do not get discounts. I feel this is absurd and I lost about $50 because of this issue.

The sales associate was not paying attention at all to what I was asking. Instead she was listening to another associate talking to a customer, and singing. I asked a question 3 times before she finally looked over and asked me what I said. This was very annoying because the store was set up that you didn’t come in until an associate was available to assist you. She was supposed to focus on me and what I needed and instead she payed no attention to my questions.

Everyone who handled my purchase were absolute snobs. And even when I bought something it felt like they were looking down their noses at me as well as being grumpy and snobby. I was very dissatisfied with the level of customer service and attitude.

The associate was very short and acted as if I was bothering her with my questions about the selection and lack thereof. She was rushing me so she could help someone else and it annoyed me.

Did NOT receive an email that order was processed. (Had to go on line several hours later to see what was wrong. Went to the store, waiting in line for 50 MINUTES just to pick up an on line order (I was 10th in line). I get it the staff was busy, however when waving in the next person to come into the store, someone should have came out to ask if anyone was just picking up an order.

It seemed as if I was being rushed to make a decision. Not listening to my concerns. Just not happy with this particular shopping experience.

I felt That the associate was extremely rude to me. She may have been having a bad day so that can be understandable
