I was welcomed warmly, the sales associate assisted me quickly, she even let me try on 2 bracelets I liked! She gave the best customer service!

Ashanti, the salesperson was wonderful. I was exchanging a bracelet I received for Christmas & needed a larger size. She took time with me & showed me that I needed a few more spacers to protect my charms. She seemed sincerely glad to help me & I would definitely ask for her the next time I visit the store.

The Service that I was provided with was immaculate. I wish the selection was bigger but for what they had it was very nice. Over all it was just a great product and I can’t wait to purchase more charms
