It's the quality of the product & the fact that NOTHING is done to resolve the issue. I've spent WAY too much money for this to be happening.

When we were greeted by the rep she looked me up and down and said that we could come in and didn’t even tell us where to go. She then followed behind us and then went to her register and proceeded to help us but with an attitude. When I asked her if they had offered a Military discount she gave me this irritated look because I was just about to pay with my CC. As a customer service rep myself, I know firsthand that an attitude like the one she had would get me suspended.

Me pareció que la persona que estaba aburrida e indispuesta para atender. Y no me sentí cómoda traté de escoger algo más bonito que lo el anillo que compré y me hubiera gustado comprar algo más. Pero sentí que la vendedora estaba precisa por que dejara la tuenda.Definitivamente me senti incomoda.

The Assistant Manager was the one helping me. At first she was very nice, then she became to pushy and told me what I needed. I let it go and then it became to much for me to handle and I was done at that point. In the future allow your customer to let you know what THEY WANT and listen to THEM. I shopped a presale. A few days later I went to pick my items up and she never ever said hello to us. Right there, I should I returned all my items. That told me I was nothing more than commission to her. And since I was not purchasing anything that day she couldn’t even speak to us. Do better pandora!!!!!

I have never been to a Pandora before, I just received a bracelet as a gift and I wanted to look around in the store but I was asked if "I was done" a lot while I was there I know you limit the customer number in the store but that was disappointing to say the least. I won't be back to that store

The sales rep was very unprofessional, whenever I asked or said anything she would reply “what” which I find very rude.

No one told me at this location asked me about applying for Pandora credit card and saving 10% so busy trying to get my money. Customer service very bad and rude.

The sales associate was snobby. She gave me a dirty charm with no box, no bag, and emailed me the receipt. As if showing anyone I shopped at pandora would be a disgrace to their image cautious employees or clientele.
