Bought a charm for a birthday gift to a friend but disappointed with the packaging. They just wrapped the charm in a piece of paper and put in a plain white bag without a logo. Price is not cheap either, staff knows that that is a gift but couldn’t give me a presentable box / bag.

Me as the buyer wasnt given the service i excepted. It was given to my girlfriend who i was buying it for. Which upset me. Poor customer service😖

I was exchanging a bracelet I ordered online. The sales associate didn’t say two words during the exchange. None of the 3 sales associates who assisted with the exchange spoke directly to me. They talked amongst themselves. Two of them had nails so long they could barely open the latch. Once I had found a bracelet that fit properly, instead of putting it on me with the charm, they put it in the box. The sales associate watched me struggle to put it on and never offered to help. Very disappointed.

The Manager, Tara was not friendly at all. This is my second run in with her. I’ve seen the way she talks to her employees and customers while in the store and it’s rude. Also, the employees cannot order anything online that’s not in the store and I was looking to buy 2 items and they didn’t have them

Representative was not engaged with helping find the perfect match. She seems overwhelmed and bothered. Also , she was moving at her own pace.

the woman helping us in the store could not find our account on her pc in then told me that I should keep up with it myself and the store computer could crash any time nor did she want to add the new to our account. I told the person next to her that she did not know what she was doing then the new person found it right away. WTF

Emily was very sarcastic & rude. She needs better customer service & needs to learn how to speak to people
