I went in to get a gold spaces I was told that they get very little gold sent to them. Then when I made a purchase disney charms the only braclet ( Free give away ) they had was small I was in the store on Friday the 25. I would think they would still have other sizes since the promotion just started. I am not sure what I will do to fill my braclet I only want gold charms I still need about 5 to fill up my braclet.

I found a great charm and noticed the mother’s day packages. I asked about the free jewelry box with $129 purchase, lady said if I open an account that it could help me get the package. I asked if my husband could return and use a card I open to get the kit for myself for mother’s day & she said it would be no problem. So I opened an account. My husband returns on Sunday May 13 and not only could he not use my card, they made him open his own account & then told him they had no more boxes. Knowing all this, I now have a pandora cc with nothing on it and he has a pandora cc with a whole “mother’s Day” package on it that if I knew it would create all this, would have never wanted it. At this point Cards have been open and our credit is already attached to it. I will be more satisfied if I can at least have the jewelry box that was offered & maybe I will return to this store to use these pointless credit cards that we both ended up signing up for.

Last year my coworker got a Pandora bangle and I really liked it and decided to try you guys out. So between mother's day and Halloween I purchased 3 bracelets, 4 clips, and 5 beads. In Oct my bangle broke and my beads went flying. I managed to find 3 of the 4 I was wearing and I took them and my bracelet back to the store because I know you guys have a great warranty. Sure enough the sales rep says it's a manufacturer defect and she's going to send the bracelet back to wherever and then contact me. 6 weeks later I go back to the store and they still have no info for me. The next day I get a call saying I have a $75 store credit. I can no longer get the bracelet I had which was limited edition and a gift from my children. I'm not going to be given a replacement bead even though the bead I lost was due to your manufacturer defect. For a company that literally exists for repeat sales I'm so confused by your crappy customer service. I didn't want anything new or different. I just wanted what I paid for. Now I don't know what to do. I love your product but I'm so bummed out by your inabilty to stand behind it.

Not all your staff is friendly. I understand it's the holidays and everyone is stressed or frustrated but if you don't enjoy working with all types of people, don't work retail. There are two employees that are great at this store and the rest really need to be replaced.

The sales associate rushed me through the entire experience. She made it clear that she was trying to sale me something in a hurry so that she could get to the next customer! Very aggravating! It was my first time shopping pandora and i explained this to the associate but she never stop with the hurry up sales strategy. Several associates i noticed could use some customer service training.

My mother-in-law is in a wheel chair, the store before remodeling had a wheel chair access to the counter. Now the counter is above mom's head and there is no way for her to see the items in the case. She has spent several thousands of dollars in this store over the last several years. The new store is NOT handicap accessible. I am not sure that we be shopping here again.

Me and sister walked in the store to get some charms for her first Pandora bracelet. She just turned 17 and I gifted her one for her birthday. As soon as we walked in the manager was standing right in front of the case that we started looking in. She looked at us and did not speak. So I looked up at her and said “Hello” she looked me right in my eye and DID NOT SPEAK. I turned and walked around to the other side of the store and another associate Charell greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. I let her know that the first Lady that we encountered looked at us and never spoke even after we spoke to her and I asked for the manager. To my surprise, I was informed that she was the manager. Another white couple walked in after us and she stepped up and said hello to them and she helped them out. I felt extremely horrible. This was my little sisters first experience and I wanted it to be nice and special. The sad part is she saw that Pandora’s managers don’t think their black customers are important enough to speak to.

I asked if Pandora still carried their teacher's/ first responder/s discount, and she told me that they no longer do that discount. Then, I called around to Pandora stores in my area, and they said that they do offer the discount, so I felt that the associate just did not know how to do or did not want to do it.

The associate didn't bring out the tray w/the charms so that I could choose from the selection. I like to see what is available and then select. I have made many purchases, over the years and they always show u the entire tray according to the theme. I will be ordering online from now on. And the male manager is rude and never has a smile on his face. Ruined my whole shopping experience.

customer service associate Ashanta was very rude and unprofessional, had an attitude when asked if they have clearance items. It was almost like I would bothering her and she really didn't want to help me. I don't know her, was not rude and was kind to her as I was with my 7yr old so I was puzzled by her behavior towards me. keep having a entire conversation with a lady that walked in about food while she was assisting me. She kept cutting me off as I asked about items to talk to this lady. Then I had to wait till she finished speaking to ask questions and see items in between her speaking mindlessly to this lady and totally ignoring me most the time, when she did speak to me it was very unprofessional and borderline rude. what made it worse is the manager saw nothing wrong with this and was also joining in on the food conversation while helping other customers. felt as if we had to shop on their time and speak when they were ready to listen and speak to us out purchasing items. This young lady attitude is terrible and I will never shop in this store again. although I purchased the items I felt belittled when I left. Not happy at all with the service. WORST SERVICE EVER.
