I’m not sure what happened at this store this evening, but the young lady with burgundy hair was very rude and unwelcoming. I don’t know if she was trying to be funny but her comments were unwarranted and unnecessary. The lady with braids looked at my sister and I as if we were aliens, and it was very uncomfortable. The ONLY person who was friendly was the young lady with locs. I can certainly say I will not be returning back to that store - please speak to the associates about being welcoming and less judgmental

I went in for a warranty on my ring in which I had already been in for a month prior. I was told they did not have my ring in stock therefore I could wait, so I did and when I brought it back in they tried to say it was my fault and they were not going to warranty it. The lady that helped me was extremely rude and tried to argue with me and specifically gave me a ring a half size to small and now I have to come back and I do not really want to.

First my order was placed online and picked up at the store. Then I asked to have my charms put on my bracelet that seems to be a problem. She went to tell me about how I need to clean my bracelet and not sleep in it, so my charms are put on upside down. I even made a purchase in the store which was just given to me while she moved on to the next customer. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I am so sorry !!! I was highly satisfied with everything. I made a mistake on that.

the manager tara basically poorly reorganized my charms, broke one and didn’t tell me and then proceeded to be rude via phone as i asked if they had seen the charm anywhere. she snapped and said it was handed to her like that which is false.

The salesman was not friendly. Did not even smile. He doesn't know how to entertain a costumer. His ways of answering my questions was not pleasant.,

The sales person was less then welcoming , my daughter had popped by , even she said the service seemed odd and frosty ! And honestly I would have bought more but the service …

Two of the sales associates were very short Spoken and seem to be bothered. Of course it takes time to look at some of the charms to decide what I want. Not everyone comes in the store with an exact idea of what they want. However the sales associate Miss Sandy was amazing. But Margo not so much and I believe she was actually one of the managers. Just terrible.

The sales associate was very rude. He did not say hello or how can I help you. He stared at me until I walked up to the counter and still said nothing. I was exchanging a bracelet that had broke. He inspected it and exchanged it for me. He had me sign for it and that was it. He didn’t say thank you or have a good day. He was just silent. I have never experienced such rude customer service before.

The associate was rude and condescending she also lied about the veteran discount
