Service was by far under the lowest of quality i stood waiting while associates talked amongst themselves before i was assisted . Never coming back to location

The sales manager Tara was very stern and quick witted with my boyfriend (black)who doesn’t shop for jewelry at all and wanted to get something for his aunt. Yet when I (white) came in last April with my mom and friend Tara was very kind and helpful. I myself have worked and work in customer service. If you are having a bad day you need to not take it out on the customer. I am very unsatisfied and with her customer service when going in and highly likely to take my business else where. I have a low tolerance for anything close to racism, sexism, or even being ageist. If I see her at the store when shopping for my next charm I will not be going in.

When my husband and I visited the store in the mall the salesperson Katherine C #209794 was not interested in helping us. As we were trying to ask questions and try on bracelets, she was looking around, talking to other people and texting on her watch. I felt like she didn’t want to help us because we were only exchanging something and not spending a lot of money. I wanted to buy other charms but she made us uncomfortable and feel like we weren’t important enough to spend time with us.

They only had one of the items I needed . The survey on the recite could not be taken to. Save 10.00 it indicates entry of 18 digits but their was 24 on the paper which could not be entered. Employees could not even do it at the store. Poor system in place poor training and the district manager would not even respond.

Item was marked at a certain price. After the sales associate spoke to the manager they removed the price tag and increased the price.

There was a long line to get in the store, appeared to be short handed with sales associates and the most disturbing thing was that they were cleaning customer brackets. Some of the customers were not even buying merchandise and were only getting their bracelets cleaned. The manger (Tara) was behind the counter could have made a management decision and asked the customers to return when the store was not so busy for cleaning. She was working behind the counter as well. I brought this to the sales associate and she agreed but was not a order for the day. Just following normal protocal more sales and money for pandora.
