Pandora Jewelry

Saying that i couldnt return or exchange anything since i do not have my actual pandora card, even though i have My account number and ID, and was told at a previous location that i could use it. However at the bottom of the receipt it says i could have gotten store credit back. When explaining what i was told at a different location, they were completely disregarding what i was saying and not acknowledging it.

The items I wanted wasn't in the store.

The manager was rude when I inquired about the sale items and which products qualified for the discount. She handed me a black and white sheet with the items and told me to look through the pages instead of volunteering to show me the items. She stated to my husband he could not get a price adjustment on items he purchased unless he had the receipt but she can look up the receipt to return the item. Makes no sense. Also when I requested to have my bracelet cleaned, the rep did not clean it properly, came out with a piece of tissue wiping it down and it looked exactly the same. The lint from the tissue was left all over my bracelet.

I was highly disappointed with the sales associate. This would be the second time my now fiancé has been in the same store. Where the same sales associate has made nasty and rude comments. It’s highly inappropriate and shows terrible customer service.
