Armando was very knowledgeable about the charms that I was looking for and of the others that my wife would like. He also was able to tell me about the exclusive charms at Disney World, and where to find them.

The staff was very knowledgeable. We were helped quickly even though there was a line during the holidays. Even though the staff was probably busy the whole day, they were very friendly!!
