I was a little discouraged, coming in to Pandora, because of my past experience with my jewelry turning black, but it was the sale associate that made me feel more comfortable and gave me knowledge and understanding of why my jewelry turned black and on my next visit I will be bringing my jewelry back so they can be cleaned
