The sales woman provided excellent service. She suggested but did not push any charms. She put a charm on which I had difficulty with. When I purchased 2 charms she put those on as well, which involved re configuration of all charms and spacers, she was very cognizant of my apparent desire for balance of charms and actually reworked them in a much better order. I will ask for her on my next visit.
