The assistant manager was attentive and knew exactly what my sister and I wanted without us even knowing. She was very honest about the products we were buying and made she we would be satisfied.

I walked into the store and an associate was quick to help me and my sister out. We already knew what we wanted to get, so the associate got it out for us to look at and other things they recommended. They were also very patient and happy to help with everything.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help with picking charms.the store is always clean and staff is always professional.I am always given style options and opinions that makes my purchases go smoothly.

I went in to buy 1 charm and walked out with 3. 2 women helped me & did a great job! Enjoyed working with them.
