I had never been to a pandora store before. Carmella made my visit well worth my time. She listen then made sure I wasn’t just buying something but to buy something I like, that complement me. I liked that I am happy with my purchase.

I love Pandora the product is amazing and I never had issue with the rings or charms or bracelets I had. Great guilty and over all satisfied.

My sister and I went into Pandora about a week ago looking for a birthday gift for our mother and Sandy was helping us pick out the right bracelet. Fast forward a couple days later Sandy remember us and helped my sister, my abuela, and I with several different things at once. Customer service was fast and great.

Kind of pricey for small little charms. But the service representative was very knowledgable and professional. She did complementary cleaning before and after the sale. Carmella B. arranged the charms to look more attractive and appealing. Me and my wife actually felt like kids in a candy store, mostly she did. So difficult to chose from just 1 charm and ended up buying 3. Ultimately very happy with this Pandora store. They always do gold mine business at this store.
