I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because my online pickup order was successful and I was able to get a really nice bracelet for a family friend's bridal shower! I really appreciated the very friendly associate, Ashanta for not only putting the charms that I ordered online for pickup on the bracelet, but then taking it a step further by gift wrapping the entire bracelet in a box like a Christmas present and putting a pretty pink bow on it! Every time my husband and I go there they are extremely friendly and helpful, and even when i don't know what I want they will make sure I leave with a bag :) I Love everything! the energy and customer services.
