First I would like to start with your employee Doris W. She knew all about her merchandise and was very pleasant. She matched my new charms perfectly to my new bracelet that I purchased with her a few days prior. Very pleased with her as a person and an employee.

The sales associates were very friendly! Tara helped us but the other associate in the store was just as nice and he wasn’t the one helping us! Loved it!!

This location always has the best customer service. There has never been a stock issue. Also the store is very clean and well organized.

I was disappointed that my regular jeweler did not have a 16th birthday charm and that Pandora was no longer offering it! I called the Lynnhaven store and they had three in stock! I was delighted. The manager waited on me. I was treated with great enthusiasm, respect, and great service.
