I found the experience very satisfying indeed! The clerks were so nice to me and my family, the store was clean, and we got the best service ever. There was a variety of charms for my girlfriend to choose from and we appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I placed an online order before this experience as i didn’t want to go to the mall due to covid outbreak. I tried to order my entire order online and was a complete disaster. Spoke with online order manager Ariel and got nothing resolved .. so at this point I will never order another item from Pandora due to this online order nightmare with no results. Believe me I will also be telling all of my Disney loving Pandora friends as well

I was approached as soon as I walked in by a sales associate. Did not have to wait. I knew what I wanted. My first choice was a charm (Mother and daughter). He looked and researched the inventory and said it was out of stock. My second choice he found immediately in the store. I was very impressed with his attention to helping me.
