The staff was very help and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the availability of products and great selection. My purchase was easy and simple. I really was pleased with the sales person knowledge about what I was looking for and helped me pick just the right thing.

I came in looking for the newly released typewriter charm. My associate new exactly what charm I was looking for and proceeded to show me all the 2022 newly released charms. Upon viewing a few charms I’d previously seen on the website i loved them and added to my wishlist for future purchases.
