Even though the mall where the store is located was very busy with holiday shoppers, the associates inside Pandora store were extremely friendly and helpful. I had placed an online order in October and that order has been " in shipped" status since. Being Christmas is getting closer I was worried that order would not arrive on time, so I went to the mall. I will NOT shop online again because of this, however the associates made it so easy to duplicate the other order I was in and out quick. Thank you Ashanta T. for making it easy!!
