This location very organized only wait in line outside the store 15 minutes doing my wait the person that was assisting customers to enter the store was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the purchase and merchandise very friendly she allowed me to look at what she was wearing I enjoyed her she looked at my bracelet and told me I had it set up wrong and had someone set it up correct for me and then went on to purchase a charm and my husband purchased me a pink rose bracelet the sales person in the store was very helpful he was also very kind and patient this is the kind of service I would like everywhere I go thank you all again for the great experience at your location. Carmela was knowledgeable about the products of Pandora. She had exceptional customer service and assisted us with picking out the right gift for our niece. She explained how it should be a dangle than a flat piece to keep the dangles from scratching and touching it each other. This lead us to purchase two charms for my niece for Christmas.

I was immediately greeted upon my arrival in the store by smiling and friendly store personnel. This made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Carmella B was a phenomenal salesperson. She took the time to explain to me how some of my charms were not made for my bracelet. Also, she was very personable and personalized the experience for my husband and I. She made us feel very special and that she valued us as customers. I purchased 5 more pnadora pieces and she took the time to clean and arrange my bracelet in a way to keep the balance. I left smiling and very happy. I will never forget her. We were visiting Virginia Beach from Charlotte for the Thanksgiving holiday.
