I called to the store the day prior to inquire about two charms in particular. I received excellent customer service. The following day, I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I asked for the charms specifically. The representative knew exactly what I wanted and where the item was located. I was in and out in less than ten minutes prompt.

I was purchasing a gift for my daughter’s birthday. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves the gift she enjoys pandora a lot. I will most likely return in the future.

Katherine was very helpful. She was kind, patient and helpful while we picked out charms for each of the bracelets. She took her time explaining everything and wrapping them up carefully. Her customer service is amazing!!
