The sales associate was very helpful. When we walked in the door, we were greeted and asked if we needed help right away. I think her name was Aleese, she made our day and was just perfect.

Greeted upon entering the store, allowed me to look around, let me know they were there if I needed help-so there was no pressure. Spent time with me, showing me multiple items, answering my questions and putting different things together so I can visually see it. Explained the benefits that Pandora offers, such as free cleaning. Very patient, personal, friendly and knowledgeable.

Elise and the associate that was working with her the evening of Wednesday 7/13/2022 during the hour of 7pm at The Crossroads Mall in Portage, MI were very skilled customer service workers, were very helpful, and knowledgeable and have an acute practice and understanding of customer care. I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and attentiveness.

The customer service was amazing! The employee was very kind and sweet to my daughter. The variety of charms available to help her decide on her purchase.

The associate that helped me with my purchase was very kind and personable. I told her I was looking for rings and she helped me find something great that I loved even though it took more time. She also helped me take advantage of the sale by finding me another ring to stack with the one I wanted so I would get a better deal. She also was very thorough, recommending me a cleaning kit which I did purchase as well because I didn’t have one yet and I have multiple pandora pieces already. I will definitely be back. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she did a great job!

Amie is by far the best retail employee I have ever encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!! Kids these days will never understand the importance of good customer service.
