Lorin was a great help! I came in needing 6 different charms and really didn’t have a straight idea of what I wanted & I left happy, thanks to her. I asked for quite a few things and she didn’t seem over me or annoyed. Kinda bummed they didn’t have the free gifts after spending so much.

It was my first time shopping at Pandora, and I was going in for my mother for mother's day. Right off the bat, someone offered to help me; her name is Lorin and she was so incredibly friendly and paitent as I was looking between choices until I decided upon the perfect fit!

The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable about what we where looking for. We always have a good experience in the store we visit. They always do a great job of helping us about what we are looking for and have suggestions that are very helpful.

The assistant from a sales associate could not have been better. Changed out beads multiple times on a new bracelet until it was perfect. Very helpful and kind.
