Pandora had the a variety of charms for the bracelet & very cute bracelets to choose from. Sales associate was thoughtful & polite throughout the whole experience.

Great customer service for my broken charm.

The sales associate cleaned my bracelet, making it look brand new. The sales associate noticed a ring I had recently bought was spinning around on my finger and offered to exchange it for a smaller size, making it fit so much better. The sales associate spent time showing me everything I wanted to see.
