The manager Bethany fixed my charm and it must have taken her 20 minutes and I really appreciate it. Also she was exceptionally kind to me offering to find another one if possible because it is a retired one. She also was very kind and patient as I decided what I was going to purchase.

The sales associate knew what she was talking about and was very helpful in picking out the bracelet and charms. She was very familiar with the jewelry and was able to answer questions easily. She was really nice and had a very pleasant personality.

As always I love Pandora and the staff at at the Crossroads Mall in portage , mi always friendly.

Lauren is nice girl. I don’t speak good English. She was still very patient and nice with me. I spend all my money of very beautiful charm.

Please give all the props to Grace, the sales associate. She made my entire experience that much better with how she assisted me. My bracelet was in bad shape after a house fire and she went above and beyond to try to get my bracelet back in shape so I would be proud to wear it.
