Great customer service.

The friendliness of the staff, they had outstanding personalities. Willingness of help from staff, I needed 3 things a gift card, a charm, and my bracelet cleaned, they all pitched in to take care of my needs. Efficiency of the staff, with all 3 of them helping me, I was in and out of the store in approximately in 10 minutes.. The staff in this store, far exceeded my expectations!! I walked out of that store with a smile on my face!

I went in looking for a bracelet charm for my sister. I was a few nice choices. I ended up finding her a charms as well as finding myself a charm to commemorate my wedding. I was also shown charms to represent my children.

Friendly Staff

The manager was nice & very professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes. She was a great help to me when picking out white elephant gifts

I worked with Elise on ordering a new bracelet as the one I received was too small. She was excellent to work with. She showed me new charms that arrived that day. She listened to what I wanted and helped me order the perfect bracelet.

We had to get the manager involved, but the end result worked out was good. I had to return an earring that lost its post which I have never had happen before with Pandora earrings.
