When walking in I felt very welcomed. After being greeted well and given undivided attention I felt top priority. Everyone was soo nice and helpful I felt very comfortable.

The sales associate was friendly and helped with my needs in a timely manner. After she reassembled all the charms on a new bracelet we realized it was way to small and instead of becoming frustrated she helped reassemble a new one.

The customer service was great and the sales rep had great knowledge of charms I asked about or were looking for. I also got a free bangle for spending over $150

I had issues with my bracelet.. They exchanged it.. Also I have a large wrist.. And they didn't have any of the bangles that are on special in my size so they w were willing to give me a different bangle that fit me!!
