My BFF and I stopped in the Pandora Store on our way from Macy's to JC Penney. I wanted to see the Ladybug charm. Our Sales Associate was a delight – funny, and knowledgeable, and while pointing out other options (key chains) she wasn’t overly pushy. We laughed and it made the entire visit great! And, I ended up getting my Ladybug Charm as an early birthday gift from my bestie! It’s already on my bracelet.

Grace was super kind and let me see all the options. She allowed me to look at them and I didn’t feel rushed but she also gave me suggestions. Overall it was a great experience for my first time in a pandora store.
