Bethanie my sales person, was very patience and helpful. Since I knew very little about Pandora jewelry, she took time with me, answered all my questions and I ended up pursing a very nice bracelet.

The merchandise is very beautiful, with so many to choose from. My children bought the bracelet and a charm for Christmas last year. Now I got 2 new charms this year. So many options to choose from. They were able to exchange the clip charms that I did not like, and I purchased a safety chain with the 50% off special, lovely.

I was satisfied that they had what I was looking for. The sale associate was very nice and she helped me find what I was looking for and also showed me different styles of what I was looking for she also helped me to explain how to put the charm on my bracelet.
