I went in to purchase a Christmas gift for my daughter. I have never bought anything from Pandora but my daughter loves it . I was greeted by a very friendly lady who when I told her what I was looking for she knew right away. She then showed me the item and I fell in love with it I also bought the matching earrings. I was offered another great deal I took it. I ask for her manager looked at her name tag and she was the manager. I was going to let them know she was an amazing sales representative and I enjoyed shopping with her. I will definitely go back and I love the jewelry.
