I was satisfied with the person who helped me and their professionalism.

I bought the earrings for my friend and she loved them! I have two bracelets full of charms and I have never had any problem while purchasing them. The employees are always patient and very friendly.

I love shopping at Pandora Crossorads all the workers are amazing! This visit I was helped by Becca and Madi they helped me pick the perfect items!

I had taken my bracelet in to get it cleaned up. The associates were wonderful to work with they told me do to the coloration of the bracelet it needed some time to soak and asked us to return in a short amount of time. When we came back we were browsing until my bracelet was ready to pick up and ended up looking for a new a charm to add to my bracelet. I loved the look of the new charm then when they were done they added my charm to my bracelet and it looks beautiful again.. Thanks for the friendliness of the associates I will most likely be back to visit them again and look at possibly added more charms from this store.
