The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about product. The store was busy because it was Christmas Eve yet I feel we received service quickly. The bracket my husband bought is beautiful and look forward to several more charms in the future!

I went in and was greeted right away. The gentleman was so nice and took my name to put me in line. I was helped in about 15 minutes, which was fine since it was so busy. The girl Courtney who helped me was super sweet and got me what I wanted right away. She talked to me about why I got the gift and hugged me and wished me good luck.
