Our salesperson, Kabrena was amazing through our entire visit. I have a sales background and I could see where an associate wouldn’t have been thrilled about having to wait on a Mom with four kids in tow especially since it was my fifteen year-old stepson shopping for his girlfriend. I am so grateful for the care and consideration she showed him. She made the experience fun and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping us with our transaction.

This has to be the best pandora store in Michigan. The ladies working here are always super helpful and friendly. Kabrina and Vayda were awesome and assisted me in opening my credit card there! There is another girl there who I always talk Disney charms with but I dont know here name, she is awesome as well.

The sales associate was so friendly! She was very helpful and explained the warranty to me very well. The store was so clean and the merchandising was excellent!

Well the sales associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. I came to exchange a bracelet that my friend had purchased for me online,the bracelet was too small for my wrist. The store was fantastic as well very clean and neat easy to view merchandise.. I ended up not only exchanging my bracelet I also purchased a few more items on my visit.. it was a very enjoyable shopping experience for my sister and I. This is my third or fourth visit to the store. Every single time I go into the Portage store I am greeted with a smile a hello and the associate is right there the whole way. No difference this trip either, our sales associate was one of the best I have ever had there. The problem was the higher up manager. She is rude, she is dismissive, my daughter was looking through a tray of beads at the register WITH our sales person standing right in front of us. The mamanger came over and grabbed every single tray we were looking at and took them to the back. No explanation, no excuse me, no these aren’t for sale, NOTHING. The same manager was also extremely rude to another mother daughter customer and they actually walked out, not before asking an associate her name so as am sure they contacted someone they were very upset.

The store was able to get my gift card back for me after my car was broken into and my purse take. They where very helpful as I tried to finish off two of my bracelets. Wonderful people to work with.

The sales ladies were very helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The set up of the store is open and everything is very accessible.
