Lorin was very helpful and patient. She helped me pick out a bracelet that fit well and had a clasp that I could manage. Lorin was friendly and I didn’t feel rushed. She cleaned my charms and put a lock on my charm so the charms wouldn’t fall off. I received personalized attention for my needs.

Everyone is so welcoming in the store the minute you walk through the door. Employees ask if you're looking for anything specific. If you do know what you're looking for, they'll get that out for you immediately.

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The young lady asked me how she could help. I told her what I was looking for and she presented what she had. I found what I was looking for. She was very competent and extremely polite. So I was extremely satisfied.

When I entered the store I was immediately greeted and tended to. They allowed me to take my time looking at the rings and when I found the one I wanted they showed me a deal it was under and I even got a set of earrings and necklace that matches. I love them very much and I enjoyed shopping here again.
