This was my first visit to Pandora. I'm reserving Highly Satisfied status for continued good service. I wasn't dissatisfied in any way.

I really don't like the high turnover. I get a different person every time I'm there, they are always friendly, but id like to see the same person at least for a year or two. AND i wish you had more display cases, so you could readily see the charms...

Out of stock on what we were looking for, such as charms. Tried on a few necklaces but all were too short for our liking.

Selection of birth stone charms are great. Size bracelet I wanted was not in tsock.

Too bright and un personable. Likes buying Pandora better when it was in an already existing jewelry store. Has nothing to do with personal only with atmosphere of the physical store.

I was satisfied but I also know how this store can be should you need to return or exchange, they're pretty rude.
