When I got home I realized I had two of the same charms. The gift was for my mother in a different state.

I was satisfied with the service and my retailer was very good and knowledgeable about the items that I purchased from the store. I always enjoy visiting this store because of the cleanliness and attention in service

I was unhappy with not having more inventory to choose from with many charms only having one charm available and size of brackets were not available right away and had to be ordered

I wasn’t greeted right away nor did someone offer to help me right away. One girl finally asked if I’d been helped and she needed up helping me a lot and was super nice.

I love Pandora jewelry. Usually I love shopping in the store and the staff is usually very friendly, but the girl who helped us wasn’t really that friendly. She was definitely rushing us through and wasn’t listening to us at all. I understand the holidays are a draining time, I used to work in retail myself. But part of the job is being a friendly face. It also wasn’t busy when we were there, there wasn’t anyone waiting after us so I don’t understand why we were rushed. It’s just a bummer when your store is set up that you have to have interaction with the associate in order to buy something, and despite that we were pretty joyful easy going customers to have someone that wasn’t very friendly was a disappointment.

The item I received was rose gold. I would have preferred gold. Ther was a gold bracelet on sale in the Pandora app. She said the pandora app was not true pandora so I settled for the rose gold. That was very disappointing to hear that the online store wasn’t real
