I had to wait in line to get into the store.

It was the other customers not the service.

Offered curbside on website but the associate said that was not true when I called. Not good for being in a pandemic! I almost did not make a purchase. Very disappointing and misleading!

Shay the clerk just didn’t seem that into her job. Should told us the wrong price a couple times and almost seemed like she was daydreaming.

Some item I wanted to purchase was not available.

It would be nice if there were enough display cases so ALL of the charms could be displayed. Having to always ask the associate to pull a specific charm out of the cupboard is tedious. In addition, if all of the charms were displayed, I might see something that I like that I didn't know about and buy it!

Like the product, like the choices, easy to do deal with

The store was clean and the few charms that were displayed were arranged nicely. However, it would be nice to see a larger variety of charms displayed in the cases. If someone was new to Pandora, it would be difficult to know about the wide variety of charms available, since so few are displayed.

Didn’t have all of the Harry Potter collection in stock. Was out of stock on one of the new charms
