I went to the Portage Store to seek assistance with a charm bracelet claps that had broken off. While speaking with Bethanie she explained to me that the Pandora Moments bracelet that I had purchased had an defect in it. Bethanie allowed me to exchange the broken bracelet out for another one which made my day, since the sales rep I spoke with on friday 12.30.2022 over the phone said their was nothing that could be done.

Izabelle was so polite and knowledgeable I liked her personality.
