Prices a little high not enough sales

I visited the store on my birthday and was looking to treat myself. The charms that I was looking for were not available.

I just so happen to be killing time before a flight and stopped. Rachel was very friendly and professional. She helped me find the prefect gift. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone in or traveling through the Portage,MI area.

The girl that waited on us was friendly at first but then seemed annoyed with us due to us looking at so much and changing my mind on some things and only wanting to spend a certain amount.

Didn't have items that I was wanting and hoping to add to my collection.

Everything was nice meat and organized once the associates found out That I was actually purchasing instead of browsing around. I think the associates should have the same enthusiasm if I was window shopping as well.
