It was just a satisfied visit. To be highly satisfied I would have be helped immediately upon entering. As there were already a couple of customers in the store already, I was not acknowledged immediately. I understand the situation, so it was just satifactory.

When the computers didn't work, she just asked for help and they were able to get things fix fast. I got what I wanted to get, glad they where is stock.

Associate not familiar with promotion going on next month. Associate could not answer my questions very well.

From start to finish I was not the most satisfied due to the long waiting process for getting the bracelet replaced. I shipped it in for replacement in April and I didn't get it back until lat August. Once it was shipped back it was the wrong size. The customer service in the store when we were exchanging it was excellent.

The sales associates in the store were very friendly and eager to help me with my purchase without being "pushy". The sales associate who rang me up was also willing to search for my information even though I told her it was not easy to find. On my previous visit I told a different sales associate the same thing and she tried twice and said it wasn't in the system (even though I told her I've shopped there several times before). I just wish there had been more sales associates available. It was the beginning of the 45% off sale and there were only 2 associates in the store with several customers waiting.

It was really busy in the store and i know Mother's day is tomorrow. I've received the best care from the associate and knowledge, but I don't give everyone 5 stars until I've have the time to experience the product, wear it, use it etc. the jewelry is beautiful!

New to Pandora because it was a gift, more costly than expected
