Mercy was not easy to find. Hidden boxes. Had to ask. Slow checkout.

the merchandise and sales assistant were wonderful but there was a problem checking out due to technology issues and so the transaction took a very long time

I love the product and the price. Elegant and quality. Service is great.

I was satisfied wirh my visit, but there's always room for improvement. Selection was good staff was helpful little high price but that's what the way it is.

Very busy maybe a few more sales people would of helped

Just didn't have what I was looking for and didn't want to have to wait for the order to come in. No ones fault at all just was expecting to walk out with jewelry.

The service was just ok. They did not do anything extra to make me say better. I think for a better rating they would have had to make me say to myself wow, they are nice or friendly or fast or whatever.

I wanted to purchase one specific item and it was sold out. So I had to purchase something else.

Didnt have a good selection. Service rep seemed irritated and I felt rushed. Its Christmas time snd store had no deals!
