Immediately I was asked if I had a mask to wear... I said no, but I am fully vaccinated. The associate asked me if I would like one. I hesitated but said sure? Can I ask why if I’m vaccinated? She said people lie about being vaccinated and they can’t prove it so I need to wear a mask.. the rest of my visit I was thrown off and kind of annoyed that I wasn’t trusted. Why are we getting vaccinated and the state not mandating a mask for vaccinated people but you are told you’re lying if you come without one. I know we’re all over this pandemic but goodness.. can’t even be trusted??? Odd.

First the necklace I wanted was not in stock then I went to get a second one the oak leaf and thier was no option to switch the chain from the super long one to the small one. The lady sales associate was all right but over charged me for something I did not receive. Then when I got the refit I brought up the point thier was an extra item on thier and she didn’t check to make sure thier was the right order when it shows what all you paid for like most my other trips. She did solve it but it made me feel rushed. I would love to see some hockey pendants

Had difficulty viewing the selection of Pandora beads I was interested in since they were scattered in several different trays rather than in one area. I had to tell the salesperson where some of the beads were located after I was told the store only had two kinds of beads available.

We had gone into the store before and no one acknowledged us with time .so this last time we tried again and a different associate helped us, one that hasn't been there before.she was helpful.but the previous associates ignored us.which if we didn't want this specific gift we wouldn't have everreturned.

The sales associate fumbled to find information about the prices of the merchandise we wanted. The sales books are awful unless you spend a lot of time studying them. I knew what I wanted and did not care for trying to being up charged by the associate. We bought more than planned due to the sales but that was our decision.

I was looking for the leather rope bracelet in red. The store I was at only had black. They need to carry a better selection. Got a gift receipt and told the girl receiving the gift to go exchange for the color she really wanted which was red, not black. Disappointed that this huge store didn't have more of a selection.

I wanted our bracelets to be cleaned but she should have started cleaning them while we where shopping so we didn’t have to wait.

The sales associate was not very helpful. I have made many pandora purchases and buy and gift pandora often. She seemed to careless. It was very busy so I respect that, but her service was less then friendly. I do love Pandora... I wish there were continued discounts or offers (not just the gift sets) as I would have bought more, like I have in the past

First....I had t ask each time the price of the item...as I was buying for someone else...I need to know the price...the sales lady seemed to think that was a big deal t have to tell me the price...I was looking at the Christmas charms only so it was not like I asked 100 times. I was given the impression I was a bother...I have 4 full bracelets myself and have bought 2 more for daughter in laws...so its not like I don't know shop the store...to be treated this way
