Was there for an hour without getting any help. People walked by and stared no help at all from workers and people kept coming In after me and getting help, asked a lady for help and said she would have someone help me but never did and proceeded to help someone else

Went to return a product bought online. Exchanged for a different stackable ring. The one exchanged came out to be 10.00 less. I had to spend that 10.00 instead of getting it back as a gift card. I wasn’t even able to give that 10.00 to someone else. Just one way pandora wanted me to spend more money, even after my 50.00 purchase. Would never go back.

The sales staff were overwhelming. They acted like they were my best buds without really knowing what I wanted or the kinds of things I liked. I have been buying Pandora for many, many years and know the product well. I think my days of receiving gifts of Pandora are over because my husband will walk out if pressured that hard to buy. I like to go in and look and think about what I want to purchase. I don’t want to feel like I only get to see what the sales girl thinks I will want. I have started my nieces and god-daughters on Pandora bracelets too, so I don’t only shop for myself. Overall, I was disappointed because I didn’t get to see what the store had.

Three different decisions made on request of a return on jewelry that was unworn, receipt present, within 11 days of purchase date. Management did not take time to explain return policy, looked through me not at as a customer as if my request was not important enough. Salesperson Acknowledged me once I presented Pandora credit card for purchase. Request a call from Corporate office

I arrived 15 mins before store up. I noticed the associates was standing around talking with each other. I walked up to the gate at 11:00am. They started taking down sale signs and didn’t open gate at 11:00. I said something to them and was told I had to wait until they took down the signs. Once they open up the gate they had quite an attitude. I made my purchase and left the store. There was 3 associates working that morning.

I came in looking for a ring for myself. I didn’t even get a bag or box to put my ring in when i asked for one. Now I don’t have anything to put my ring in when I’m not wearing it so it is likely to get lost.

The person who waited on me told me all the earrings were basically on sale, yet they were not when I got to the reigister. The pair of earrings I wanted to purchase most did not have backs on them and she tried to sell them to me without the backs. If I were the sales person, I would have found a set of earring backs at the point of sale instead of missing out on the sale. I was very upset not to get the earrings that are being discontinued.
