The lady I spoke to helped me throughout and gave suggestions. She listened to me and showed me all the different options to choose from.

I had my jewelry cleaned a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't get the safety clasp on. The ball fell out. The sales associate quickly fixed it for me. Both associates were extremely helpful and friendly!
