The sales associates were very personable and enjoyable.

I had purchased a bracelet and the clasp wasn’t working properly. The sales associates were very nice. And quick to handle the problem.

Safia H. was a patient and great helper in making sure I had the right size bracelet, the charms I wanted. I know it took over an hour but she stayed focused on me making the right choice for what I wanted. I wanted a basketball and dance (ballerina) charm and a more lady-like initial that were not choices. She did, however, let me know that basketball is on the radar. She also saw where I had a bracelet before. I let her know it had been replaced because of the heart clasp coming loose. I advised that one was lost (a gift from my daughter and granddaughter) and my disapproval of the remedy being a lock rather than fixing the clasp. She was very understanding and did not dismiss my irritation with the remedy for my first bracelet. I had come into the store with the mindset that if a "lock" was suggested for the clasp, to never buy another item for myself or a gift. She definitely changed my opinion and thoughts of giving Pandora another chance.

I'm highly satisfied because every charm I purchase is meaningful and for a store to fulfill what I need I've never experienced it before. I wasn't even into jewelry until my papa got me started before he passed away thank you!!!!

My sales rep was very friendly and helpful she acknowledged me as soon as I walk in, her conversation was awesome all the sales representative was fantastic

Sara was very personable and sweet. Also very kind to my 8 year old- made her feel very special picking charms and asking about and upcoming trip to Universal (we were picking Harry Potter charms)
