Sales associate was very accommodating with searching for sizes with a couple rings for me. She had to look for the key to unlock the rings. And she was very patient.

Customer service was excellent; prices were exact and the variety of charms

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. I tried on a couple of sizes and then the sales associate pulled out the tray to let me see the other styles. I purchased the exact style I came in for but in Rose Gold! I didn’t realize it was an option! I am totally in love with the rose gold!

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and very patient - we had a lot of questions and asked to see a lot of charms!

The manager was very friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Helping me by showing me charms that I could get to symbolize my family.

I visited to have bracelets cleaned & buy a bracelet. The sales associate was very friendly and offered to clean my Pandora rings as well. She was very knowledgeable about the products and offered advise to stop my bracelet from tarnishing. She recommended a ring and I also made a ring purchase. I enjoy her and service at Pandora that day!
