I live in South Euclid, Ohio but was visiting Polaris Mall in Columbus, Ohio. I was really impressed as to the attention, service, and demonstration of excellent customer service. The sales person Anna R (#204222), provided with me with knowledge about cleaning my jewelry and I bought the cleaning kit. She advised me as to what charms would look good with my new mesh slide bracelet, when I explained that I wanted to just look at the terms and did not want to purchase any charms for that bracelet. I did buy a charm for one of my other Pandora bracelets. As soon as I described the charm, you knew exactly what charm I wanted. I was very happy with the service I received

The sales associate was very helpful in locating, sizing and notifying us of the cost before we committed to a purchase. We got exactly what we were looking with fast and friendly customer service!

The Jewlers and the jewelry were very exceptional. She was kind, friendly and supportive of my pieces I picked with my boyfriend. She even suggested charms him and I both picked. She was very nice!

Sydney H always helps me and she is absolutely lovely. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She remembers what I like and always suggests exactly what I like.

Great service and great items and i love the workers and how clean the store is

There were minimal people in the store with a small line outside waiting to be let in. Very safe feeling. The sales associate was extremely nice and helpful. I ask about three charms and she had them all and knew exactly where they were. She also was very knowledgeable in helping make my decision on which one to purchase. I was in and out quickly and was very satisfied with my purchase.
