While this particular store didn’t have the other piece I was looking for Kaya was great & located the item for me at another store! This was my first purchase at Pandora & I will definitely be back!!!

Anna was very helpful and professional. Then her manager came over and supported wrapping my charms, as she was also supporting other employees. Great teamwork! Due to a Pandemic, I expected Pandora to have higher standards with sanitizing and disinfecting before and after guests.
