I’ve been shopping The Pandora store for years and I have never been given the quality of service that I received yesterday at the Polaris location. Mrs Dee the assistant manager was freakin AWESOME!!! My bracelet looks better than it has ever looked after Mrs Dee rearranging my charms and cleaning it. I was proud to wear it! AND, she helped me with a bracelet for my great niece for her upcoming birthday! My husband and I good not believe our service and said we will not shop Pandora unless Mrs Dee is helping us!!! Thank you Mrs Dee, I swear you were AWESOME!!!

The salesperson was friendly and helpful. She was devoted to making sure my bracelet was a comfortable fit and that I selected a charm I liked. I choices of charms were somewhat low due to the post Christmas sale, but I found a charm with her help that I really liked.
