Sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were at the Easton store the day before and waited for 30 minutes in line outside store, which was fine, but waited 15-20 minutes in store and was never acknowledged. So we left and went to Polaris store next day.

Very pleasant team working that day. They offered to clean my existing Pandora jewelry while I made my new selections. No pressure sales also which I like. I usually know what I want so I appreciate that!

The store had the merchandise I was looking for in stock. The sales associate made an excellent recommendation and I purchased the additional item.

I love my charm bracelet so it’s always fun to look for new ones. There are so many to choose from, the store is always bright and cheery. I wish you had military charms, my family is a big military family and would love to have these added to our collections.

Kara was our sales associate. She helped my Mom & I during a quick visit into your store to show us the one item I had seen in an email. She explained the features of the item & showed me how to operate the clasp successfully. She also showed us the promotional item so that we could choose which design or bundle we liked best. She was fantastic!
