Excellent customer service...very nice selection of jewelry, found exactly what I was looking for - appreciated staff knowledge and assistance.

After what I experienced as a loyal customer a the tuttle crossing location and the lack of customer engagement and courtesy And after standing there for 45 minutes they had to close and I could not get my free bracelet because it was time to close. I could have returned the 16 charms i bought and got 5 free bracelets. But all i wanted to see a necklace and a bracelet

The ladies in this store are ALWAYS a joy to work with when I am in the store. I drive to the opposite side of town just to go this specific store because it is always a positive and pleasant experience.

I entered the store and advised an associate why I was there. She knew the product I referred to immediately and went to get it. She completed the transaction, cleaned my bracelet and put my new charm on. She was very pleasant and made this trip a memorable experience.

The sales associate was very nice and extremely knowledgeable on the jewelry. She helped me pick out something when I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Even offered to show me the ring that goes with my necklace which I will be coming back for.

I was greeted upon entering the store with authenticity. I received fast, professional and knowledgeable service from the sales associate. I received exactly what I was looking for on my day of shopping. The store is ALWAYS clean, brightly lit and inviting.

Store location inside mall was very convenient. Sales associate was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. Selection was awesome and quality of merchandise was very good. It was a perfect shopping experience.

Melina is an excellent salesperson. She pointed out items I had not seen & helped me make a selection. I enjoy her assistance & she loves the jewelry as much as her customers.
